Description

•Perform administrative/executive tasks and give office support (travel procedures, clerical work: faxing, mailing). •Assist the GM in his daily or long term duties. •Chase up tasks delegated by the management to ensure delivery on time. •For meetings: arrange meeting facilities & record meeting acts. •Compose correspondence/reports/minutes of meetings/etc whenever needed. •Process replies/requests on own initiative when needed or at the request of the GM. •Route received requests/mails/letters to the GM. •Take initiative in the absence of the GM. •Keep clear reports on work flow in the absence of the GM. •Communicate well with the company’s various departments and sister companies. •Answer incoming calls. •Help with educational matters (conduct research on the web, data entry, basic analysis, and power point presentations). •Cater to projects’ requirements in terms of: -Assist in contacting resources working on the project; whether by email, phone or other. -Help with supplying materials needed for the project. -Inform the managerial team & project coordinator of incoming and outgoing parcels. -Keep track of deadlines and reporting accordingly to project coordinator/managers or concerned project responsible. -Review text material whenever required. -Translate documents (Eng and Arabic) whenever needed. •Keep confidential all business data, files, and related material. •Reveal a professional image through face to face and phone interaction. •Demonstrate an exceedingly well organizational skills •Demonstrate ability to interact with staff under pressure.
